Over the past three articles, we have explained the thinking behind CHROSNOF. This time — concretely, what is delivered and how to use it.
Step 1: Answer the lifestyle questionnaire
After applying, we send a questionnaire about your lifestyle — diet, sleep, exercise, stress, skincare approach. No special equipment needed. Answerable on a smartphone.
Step 2: Your analysis report arrives
Based on the questionnaire, we send a report analyzing your aging pattern.
The report covers: which of oxidation, glycation, and barrier decline is the primary tendency; which direction your skin is likely to change if current habits continue; which direction of care to prioritize; and the reasons for each.
No scores or skin ages. The reasons for each conclusion are written in understandable language.
Step 3: Use the report as a map for your care
The report is a map for deciding the direction of your care.
For example, if "glycation is the primary tendency" appears, prioritize dietary sugar management and topical anti-glycation care first. If "strong oxidation" appears, prioritize antioxidant ingredients like fullerene at effective concentrations.

Two plans available
The Standard Plan (¥19,800) covers aging pattern analysis and care direction guidance. The Architect Plan (¥29,800) adds specific product and care combination design, plus individual follow-up.
